Two Missouri healthcare organizations choose Cerner’s EHR

Two Missouri health providers, SoutheastHEALTH and Missouri Delta Medical Center, announced this week they have selected Cerner to implement their EHR.

“We are extremely proud to welcome these two Missouri organizations to the Cerner family,” Dick Flanigan, Cerner HS president, said in  a prepared statement. “The communities that SoutheastHEALTH and Missouri Delta Medical Center serve will experience the benefits that result from an integrated EHR solution. We look forward to supporting the needs of these organizations today and helping prepare them for the future.”

The presidents of the two organization both said that implementing Cerner’s EHR technology will have a big, positive impact on the care they provide going forward.

“As a rural community hospital, we have been recognized with top performing patient satisfaction scores and clinical process of care measures,” Jason Schrumpf, Missouri Delta Medical Center president and CEO, said in the statement. “Aligning with Cerner will provide us with the resources and tools necessary to deliver the highest quality health care and help us deliver the best experience possible for our patients.”
